Faced with a crisis, our client requested support and advice on a responsive management strategy. Reconnaissance reacted with full medical assistance and provided a continuity plan that covered all eventualities. Though the medical support proved vital in stabilising a patient in an environment with very poor medical facilities, the incident had a negative effect upon staff and raised concerns about safety and medical systems.
Through the initial crisis, Reconnaissance worked with the client’s executives to ensure continuity of business and allay staff concerns. New medical facilities were established and Reconnaissance supplied fully trained and equipped medical personnel on an ongoing basis. The direct result of this was the minimising of the potential negative effect of the incident on staff retention.
